From birth to death and back,
nature is always present and has an integral role in our consciousness.
Whether defined as the actual physicality of
the surrounding world or the intangible laws governing the universe,
it’s been
with us before the beginning of time.
It’s where we come from and where we go after our earth body leaves us.
In recent times, it seems we are
moving farther and farther away from our intrinsic state.
Living in dense urban areas, succumbing to lethargy, and enduring an intense cultural pace,
we find ourselves very distant
from the natural world.
As disease, ignorance, and egos
increase I feel we need to turn back to nature to guide us where we have gone
wrong.
Through the depth of nature,
perhaps we can find some of the answers to the depths of our conflicts.
I believe one of the best lessons is to
simply slow down.
So, stop.
take a breath.
and take time to soak in what’s around you.
